Founded in 1983, this U.S.-based client provides a concierge service for corporate office spaces. The company offers a range of personalized services including design, visualization, and installation services to businesses and their employees.
Challenge
As the client expanded its operations and integrated more digital processes, they recognized the growing importance of cybersecurity as they operated a substantial digital footprint hosted in the cloud, with a complex SaaS vendor ecosystem. With sensitive client information and proprietary data being handled on their systems, they faced the potential risk of data breaches, cyberattacks, third-party liability, and financial loss. Solution
Measured conducted a thorough assessment of the client’s external attack surface, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and assessing their exposure. Based on the assessment, a tailored cyber quote and risk monitoring plan was designed. The cyber quote included a wide variety of coverages, including for data breaches, ransomware attacks, and business interruption due to cyber events.
Some of the risk mitigation included strengthening network security, implementing encryption protocols, enhancing employee training, and improving incident response procedures. In addition, Measured also provided consultancy contacts which helped the client establish an ongoing risk management program that included vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and employee training.
